[tomboy-list] rough structure for encryption

Hi,
I mucked around for a few hours this morning to implement the basics of
what I proposed the other day. At the moment it doesn't prompt for a
password (although the hooks are in place; I'll wait to hear back how we
could go the gnome-keyring way) and its encryption method is to add 1 to
the ASCII value of each character and store it in base64 -- highly secure.
But you'll find an encryption button on the note toolbar, and it does
what it should do.
See attached patch and new file. Some really rough code at the moment
but I am generally on the right track?
Roger
