[tomboy-list] Poll: Do you run Tomboy as a Panel Applet or in the Notification Area?

Calling all Tomboy users...

I am curious to know whether you use Tomboy as a Panel Applet or as an
application that runs in the Notification Area.  Please reply to this
email with your answer.  If you are not sure, don't worry about
answering.

In fixing a bug (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=381357)
I've added code that detects whether the Notification Area is present.
 The fix for this bug also adds a Gtk.Menubar to the "Search All
Notes" window (please see a screenshot here:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/attachment.cgi?id=78365&action=view) to
support users who attempt to run Tomboy when there's no Notification
Area in the panel.

If you have comments about this, please let me know.  I'd like to
determine whether we should special-case the menubar (i.e., don't show
it by default).
