[tomboy-list] Instant wiki-style markup

Hi,

As I like writing wiki-style markup, I've hacked a tiny plugin instantly
applying text attributes when detecting wiki-style markup. Currently
supported:

_underline_ [1]
#highlight#

*bold*
/italic/
|monospace| [2]

'small'
==large==
===huge===
