I think we're most interested in finding a solution that allows us to
continue using implicit linking, but to make it inherently safer. But
I don't speak for everyone, of course.
If we keep using implicit linking, but have stricter rules for note
titles (as proposed in bug 350990), how do people feel about keeping
the feature of updating link text when a note is renamed?
