Searching, basically. When I put all 1200 charms for Exalted into my Tomboy, it
kind of blew away my 80+ pages of personal stuff. On my site, I use categories
and taxonomies rather heavily and it would be nice those same
skills/organization in my notes. If they were tagged, I would love to search for
"stories" and "short" and get the intersection between them to find a short
story to write when I have a few hours. I also have computer projects, work
related stuff, which are categorized by priority (high, medium, low), estimated
time to complete (short, long), and complexity (trivial, simple, complex).

That would lead into having a slightly modified menu in addition to the normal
last modified notes. It would be cool to see "last X modified in the stories
category".

I would also like to see tagging used in synchronization. It would be cool to
say "wiki" tagged pages are synchronized with a wiki site, and "game" ones are
shared with a friend.

I hope that helps.

Cheers!
