Hi,
I'm one of the SoC applicants for the unsuccessful "Version control
feature" project. After talking to Sandy, I've lost some interest in
that particular task, but I'd still like to contribute to Tomboy.
I would love to contribute to the note tagging feature, something I've
wanted for a really long time [1]. Sandy told me that feature was in
progress, but still lacks a UI.
What I have in mind is this: an edit field with as many comma-separated
tags as I want, this should be the easiest to do without having to mess
with the note buffer. In ASCII art, this goes something like this:
Tags: [ project, deadline, tomboy ]
This could be below the note buffer and is saved along with the note.
Implies a change to the DTD, AFAICS.
What do you think of that?
Best,
André
