[tomboy-list] tomboy only opening from console... :(

What version of Tomboy is it?

Let me make sure I understand what you're saying...

You can run it okay from the console and it works.  But, when you
click on the Tomboy icon in the K menu, nothing happens?

If that's the case, do you see any mono or Tomboy processes running
after you click on the Tomboy icon in the K menu?

    ps aux |grep -i tomboy

Make sure you have the notification area added to your panel.  When
you run tomboy from the K menu or from the console, it tries to add a
tomboy icon to the notification area in the panel.  In newer versions
(0.6.x) it will try to pop open the Search All Notes menu if it wasn't
able to be added to the panel.  Also, some older versions of Tomboy
had a bug where sometimes the tomboy icon in the panel wasn't visible.
