it is 0.6.1
but the problem was the way it is launched from menu (I think)

I have erased " --search", and it works ok

Is this ok?
Or --search is a good way to start it?

yep, it was that

If I try to open it with the --search option, there is no tomboy procces

opened without --search shows:
luciano 10526 10.4 4.5 48892 23544 ? Sl 16:37 0:01 mono /opt/gnome/lib/tomboy/Tomboy.exe

wich is the notification area?
the one just near at the left of the clock?
where the iconized apps stay?
