I like that the Tomboy notes are standard windows. This way I know I can 
drag the window borders to resize, drag the title bar to move, and other 
behaviors I'm used to from standard windows throughout the system.

That said, the full window decoration might be overkill - 
maximizing/minimizing a note is not a common action for me.

Still, I think the consistency with all other windows on the system make 
it worth keeping the current setup.

Why are actual paper post-it notes yellow anyhow? I presume to stand out 
against the white documents they're often stuck to.
