First off, it's important to note that UI freeze is August 13th.

I think our tagging code is in fine shape, but I agree that the search
UI could use a lot of work.  The actual note tagging UI is good enough
from my point of view.

Do we know what needs to be done to "fix" the search UI?  Some
fundamental things that come to mind:
* (non-UI) Regular text search includes tags
* Tagging pane can be shown/hidden
* Ability to tag a note from the search UI (maybe via drag+drop?)
* (non-UI) When multiple tags are selected, is it an AND or an OR query?

I'm feel that most of these can be fixed by August 13th.  The question
is: Will that be sufficient?  Will those fixes make our search UI good
enough?

I'm not a heavy user of tags.  What does everyone else think?  What
does Tomboy need in order to meet your tagging needs?
