[tomboy-list] Commenting out the Tasks Addin for 0.8

That's sad, but we understand :) Maybe in the future, the list should
be used more as a knowledge base when there are technical holdups.
Right now, it's being used as a place for user stories and opinions
and semi-official progress reports. It would be good if people who are
actively hacking on the code wrote in when they have progress
stoppers, saying, "Here's what I'm trying to do, but I can't quite
figure it out", getting as technical as needed. That might draw in
lurkers who know the answer to the problem.
I know that I ran out of steam when I spent too much time looking for
a simple API call without getting a decent answer (one guy on #mono
told me that he needed to see working code before he could answer my
question).
