AFAIK, just simple notes.  Nothing fancy.

The list only contains your most recently accessed notes (and your
"sticky" notes, or those which you've pinned to the menu).  You can use
the search feature, and links from other notes (such as the Start Here
page) to reach out to notes that aren't on the menu.

I've seen some things flying around about tags; if those happen, then
you'll have more options.
