[tomboy-list] Add summary to bugzilla link

Well, I do have grand ideas for tighter integration with the actual
servers -- one of which would be an alt-drop menu that let you choose
to insert the summary as well.  Another would be contacting the server
and automatically setting strikethrough on closed bugs.

Higher priority for me right now is doing the preferences the way I
want, though.
