[tomboy-list] Tasks list plugin

This is a great move toward useful task processing. A thought on the
kind of dynamically generated note that the plugin instantiates:
shouldn't it have a flag to make it non-editable? And shouldn't there
be a syntax for including the contents of a note like this in a
non-editable portion of another note? There could be a general system
for including other notes as a variety of "widgets" in other pages.

I have set out a couple of times to try to create a checkbutton list
item entity and ended up having to learn the API and Mono instead. One
day I'll follow through.
