[tomboy-list] Tomboy sync design progress

Okay, I know this isn't the prettiest way to look at things, but I'm
out of time for the morning.  Sandy and I talked about the plan for
sync for 0.8.0 and we wanted to share it with everyone in hopes for
pats on the back, constructive criticism, etc.
