[tomboy-list] Disable automatic bulleting - Patch merging request

Hi Pete,
This patch uses a new gconf key: /apps/tomboy/enable_bulleted_lists to
decide whether bulleting is enabled or disabled and make Tomboy act
accordingly.
On the GUI side it adds a new checkbox under the editing tab of the
Preferences dialog with the label "Enable auto-bulleted lists".
I understand that you want to modularize functionality to avoid feature
creep, but I think that in this particular situation that would be
overkill. Tomboy's GUI is clean enough and the complexity that this
option induces is fairly minimal. I think refactoring this feature into
a plugin would make more sense later when the Preferences dialog will
have more options.
