Interesting idea Dylan! This feature almost starts getting too
complicated for a typical user, but it's still a good exercise to
explore some options I think.
One alternative that may solve part of the problem might be to add
note title completion. For example, if you're typing along in one of
your notes and you start typing the beginning of another note's title,
it would offer suggestions for filling in the whole title, complete
with a link.
And, we _DO_ need to get the tagging UI re-enabled and fixed-up so
it's useful again. Hopefully I can dig up the code I was working on
for some improved UI there.
