[tomboy-list] Highlight new note content instead of title

Sorry guys, can you point me to the discussion about this proposal? I
was one of those who really like that the title is selected first as it
makes sense to first type a title of the note and then the content. I've
even filled a bug when it was changed and was very happy to see it
changed again in Gnome 2.20.
