[tomboy-list] Is there a command to create a new note using as specific notebook?

I've modified the patch to apply the notebooks template. This is done by
adding a method to the Notebook class, CreateNote(title,xmlContent),
similar to how the Create(title,xmlContent) was present in Note.cs. I
hope it's ok.
