Hi Alex,

First of all, thanks for creating such a practical and well designed application. Working as journalist, I deal with a lot of notes all day long, and Tomboy helps me find and coherently link different ideas on my otherwise chaotic researches. 
 
But since I sometimes work on an old laptop, which displays a primitive 1024x768 resolution, I find myself sometimes wishing to know a little bit of programming, so I could add to your little note taker a sliding transparency control, making it easier to take notes from a browser window that is under it, for instance.
 
So I leave it here as a suggestion. Sorry if it isn't an e-mail subject, but I couldn't find a way to leave in tomboy's homepage.
