[tomboy-list] Two more small Win XP bugs

1. The bulletted lists get really really ugly after first indent! This is a
small thing but also a very very BIG thing, since much of Tomboys charm is
in it´s elegance and simplicity!

2. Since I have GNOME in Swedish and the Win32 version is in english, my
note templates are not the same when I try to synchronize. There should be
many elegant ways of avoiding this.

+ a bonus feature request: Give Tomboy simple DarkRoom
functionality(fullscreen, black background, gray letters, fixed width ->
destraction free writing environment) would be really nice to be able to
switch to for some brainstorming and longer writing! An easy way to add
value to this wonderful application!
