[tomboy-list] Can I write-protect individual notes?

Dear Arief,

I started using your Lock/Unlock (Read-Only) addin today. It's really 
well done. Thank you very much. This takes care of a long-standing fear 
of mine, that I will inadvertently corrupt an important bit of information.
