[tomboy-list] Export entire notebook to PDF

Alex,

Using PDF as the interchange format would ROCK!  I think you're on to
something.  ;)  Though theoretically, it would be possible to do the
same thing with our current HTML exporter.  But, PDF sounds like a
much more elegant solution.
