[tomboy-list] Default Bugzilla Assignee and QA Contact have changed to 'tomboy-maint at gnome.bugs'

Hey everyone,

Upon Alex's request (I think we've been spamming him with too many
bugfixes at once), we've modified the default assignee and QA contact
in bugzilla.gnome.org.  Please update your Bugzilla -> Account ->
Email Preferences -> Users to watch (at the bottom) setting
accordingly.
