All the developer resources we currently have are at live.gnome.org.
There is also a good article on using Tomboy's D-Bus interface here
(could be useful for testing):

If you can think of anything that should be added to live.gnome.org,
please go ahead and add it!  It is a wiki and anybody can contribute.
