Too tired to go into detail, but the code is all in svn, and you can
just read my blog post.  I need to get i18n going correctly, clean up
some messy things, straighten out makefiles, and fix whatever bugs
people find, and then you can expect a new release tarball in a week
or two.  I'll probably call that Tomboy 0.13.1 since I was foolish
enough to distribute binaries versioned at 0.13.0.
