What version of Tomboy is this, and what version of openSUSE 11?  This
should have been fixed a long time ago (I use a dark theme, too).

Anyway, the icons should be here:

/usr/share/icons/hicolor/22x22/apps/tomboy.png

(replace 22x22 with 16x16, 22x22, 32x32, 48x48, or scalable as
appropriate to your panel size)
