Zachary,

Replace tomboy.png in the appropriate directory with the icon you
prefer.  22x22 is the icon size for the default panel size; if you have
a different panel size, the path to the icon will be different.  Make sense?

What theme are you using now?  And what repository did you get Tomboy
0.12.0 from?  Also, what versions of gnome-sharp2 and
gnome-desktop-sharp2 do you have installed?
