[tomboy-list] Corrupt tomboy file. Very important data, please help

Hi folks,

I really need your help. I have lost a very very important tomboy note with
a lot of contacts and info for my business.

I know I should have backed it up somehow....

The note that I lost still exists in /.tomboy but it now has 0 bytes. There
is no copy of the file in /.tomboy/Backup and the note does not show up in
tomboy.

I suspect my only chance is some type of data recovery program to find the
text on the hard drive.

The note files are XML file format with .note extension.

Can anyone help me get the data back?

I am using ubuntu 9.04
