[tomboy-list] Directory Watcher and Last Changed date

Speaking of the Directory Watcher plugin, I just switched to using it
the other day, but I've noticed a frustrating detail: it changes the
last updated date of new notes. Is this necessary for the operation of
the plugin? Because from my perspective, copying the note from another
computer doesn't really count as modifying it, at least as far as the
content is concerned. Plus on a new sync, it forces _all_ the last
updated dates to that day, rendering the dates essentially useless.

I guess I should have left my complicated syncing system well enough
alone, since before this I tried UbuntuOne only to run into the very
damaging bullet-point bug (LP#482372).
