[tomboy-list] Printing - save bullet heirarchy

The one-page printing of the HTML export is fixed.  Printing bullets at 
the correct indentation is kind-of-fixed, but printing is pretty buggy 
in 0.13.4 because it has been rewritten from scratch.  We hope to 
resolve all printing issues by 0.13.5 (two weeks from now).
