[tomboy-list] new plugin: Redirects

Hi all,

"Long time listener, first time caller" -- I've been using open source for
years, but this is my first actual contribution. Be gentle. :-)

I wrote a new plugin for Tomboy that sets up redirects -- the link "foo" can
go to the note "bar." Source and a binary are available at:
http://code.google.com/p/tomboy-redirects/ .  I'd appreciate any ideas,
suggestions, bugs, etc.
