Yup, this is known and filed here:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=574627

I'm sure it's a gtk+ bug...I need to file it with them (along with 
several other similar bugs).

Please read my comment, and leave a comment on the bug if you have any 
thoughts about the proposed work-arounds.

Hmm, good catch.  I don't think that URL existed when I originally set 
that up, and I shouldn't really be changing it now (many freezes in 
effect, 0.14.0 release is today, etc).  I will fix it after we branch. 
There probably are not any significant differences in the docs between 
0.12 and 0.13/0.14, anyway.

If you have any more issues, you might want to check bugzilla (there are 
several known bugs for Windows), and file anything new there.
