Thanks for your interest!

I'm not sure I completely understand your idea, though.  Are you 
suggesting a sidebar along one side of the screen, with a bunch of links 
to Tomboy notes?

Or do you mean that each Tomboy window should be able to have tabs like 
a Firefox window?
