[tomboy-list] Tomboy 0.14.0 Tarballs up, no Windows or Mac binaries yet

Hi all,

I haven't sent out a release email about Tomboy 0.14.0 yet because I 
don't have Windows and Mac binaries yet.  This is because the Windows 
installer appears to have a non-functional uninstall for some reason, 
and I'd like to fix that before shipping it.

Tarballs were uploaded on Monday the 16th, though, so it is definitely 
available for Linux folks.  :-)

Should have an update this week,
