[tomboy-list] Notebooks as tags?

Hi all,

I noticed Sandy's comment in another thread that notebooks are really
just tags.  However, afaict, one cannot have a note that is part of
multiple notebooks.  Am I wrong?  If not, notebooks are really like
folders, not tags.  If you can use multiple notebooks for tags... I
need to look through my thousands of notes. :-)
