There is currently no way to export an entire notebook.  When
exporting a note, you have the option to include all linked notes, so
you could make a sort of "table of contents" note for your notebook,
linking to all notes in the notebook, and then export that note and
all of its linked notes, and that should give you the same effect.

There is an open bug for being able to easily export a notebook or an
arbitrary selection of multiple notes.  It should be easy to fix but
nobody has gotten to it yet.
