I've also noticed the issues the increase/decrease indent keybindings,
and have failed so far to figure out what's going on. It could be an
intentional decision of the gtk+ quartz port. Patches and advice
welcome.
Doug is right that we're revamping the keybinding system, but I don't
think that will have any impact on whether or not the alt+arrow
keybindings work. Still, once the new keybinding system is in place,
you will be able to change the shortcuts to something that does work.
