[tomboy-list] drag and drop problem

I experience "drag and drop" problem when using Tomboy on Vista (can't 
open the drag and drop link). The feature works smoothly on Ubuntu. (I 
tried to find solution on google but not helping).
I wonder if I miss something to make it work.
