Yeah, that's an interesting approach.  It makes note linking a bit
uglier but I know not everyone uses that very heavily.

No, not at this time.  The information is stored in the .note files,
so you could use grep if you really needed to do this for whatever
reason.  But there is currently no way to do this in the Tomboy UI.
Feel free to file an enhancement bug for adding optional columns like
Create Date in the Search UI.
