[tomboy-list] Change default note title to include date/time?

How about Option #3? --> Change the default title to "Untitled note X".

People are already accustomed to things like OO.o Writer and Word giving
titles like "Untitled document 3", etc.  At least in the office
environments I've been in, this bugs  people just enough to convince
them to give it SOME kind of name.  Plus, if they get an awful, huge
collection of notes, they'll discover the value of giving them titles
pretty damn quickly on their own.

Finally, for comparison, OneNote essentially forces note titles, and
users don't seem to mind.
