[tomboy-list] Tomboy for Windows Korean language

You might want to ask this on gtk-win32-list.  I doubt it has anything
specifically to do with Tomboy, so they might have a better idea of
how to fix it.  If it's something we need to fix in Tomboy, please let
us know.
