Yes, except given Alan's latest email claiming that you can get data
loss with method #1, too, I'd say that there is currently no safe way
to do this *if* you intend to keep multiple instances of Tomboy
running at the same time.

So if you do want to keep Tomboy running simultaneously on different
machines, it seems the only safe method to use is a real server-based
sync.  Ubuntu One is probably the easiest thing to set up right now.
