Hi! For Ubuntu One support please use the support links at the bottom  
of https://one.ubuntu.com

I can confirm that the Tomboy shipped in Ubuntu 10.04 is working fine  
and syncing with Ubuntu One for many people, so you will probably want  
to file a bug so we can help figure out what is causing the problem  
you are seeing.
