[tomboy-list] Building Tomboy with VS Express 2010 - a couple of questions

Hello everyone,

I'm building Tomboy on Windows using VS Express 2010 and looks like it 
doesn't like the format of "sln" and "csproj" file formats - it 
unconditionally proposes to convert them to newer format before allowing 
to do anything with them.

A question would be - does it make sense to update those files in the 
source package, or should I just exclude them from git's attention in my 
working copy to avoid "modified" notifications from it?

And the second, related, thing is that VS sets the Target Framework of 
all projects in the solution to .NET 4.0, which I guess is incorrect and 
should be changed to 3.5, right?
