That's the whole point of Tomboy Online. You can connect to Tomboy
Online, turn on autosync in Tomboy, and not have to think about it at
all.
It should work way better than Dropbox, which has historically been a
pretty buggy way to sync notes.
Tomboy Online is currently in private alpha, but will be in open beta
some time around the GNOME 3.0 launch.
