[tomboy-list] New tomboy-image addin

To install:
Download - http://mattguo.com/tomboy-image/InsertImage.dll

# On Linux, "mv InsertImage.dll ~/.config/tomboy/addins"
# On Windows, move InsertImage.dll to the same folder as Tomboy.exe
# On Mac, shall also work, while not tested yet.

Feature:
    * Insert image
          o Import image content, or
          o Just link external image
    * Delete image
    * Resize image
    * Undo/Redo image insertion/deletion/resizing
    * "Save as..." stored image (to be implement in next iteration)
    * Compress stored image (to be implement in next iteration)
