[tomboy-list] system tray notes list

Hey everyone,

For a while now I have just been accessing my notes using the system 
tray icon, and I thought I was having some sync issues and losing 
notes.  I just launched the "Search All Notes" window and realized that 
all of my missing notes are displayed there.  Is this the intended 
behavior?  If so, can I somehow configure which notes are displayed from 
the tray icon?
