[tomboy-list] system tray notes list

The system tray displays recently used notes - so as you add new notes
the older notes won't appear in the system tray. This is intended
behavior as the list of notes displayed won't become too long from the
panel.
If there are certain notes you always want displayed, you can pin them
so they are always shown from the system tray panel.
