Hrmpf. Not sure where my "env" comes from. Maybe cygwin or something.
Yes, that's what I wanted to see.

This directory exists and seems to contain the installation of GtkSharp?

Uhm. This is the only entry? That's weird. Usually there are at least
a couple of Windows entries in there and every other random program
wants to add something as well. In our case, I'd expect to see
"C:\Program Files\GtkSharp\2.12\bin" in there.
Does that directory exist? Can you add it to the PATH and retry? You
might need to log out/log in again to see an effect.

Maybe something (AVR?) replaced the PATH completely yesterday?
